Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Domino's Pizza as an Assistant Manager at our 7018 Pershing Ave location in University City, United States! We're looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness
- Manage inventory, cost control, and cash handling procedures
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goals
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in marketing initiatives and local store marketing efforts
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service experience in the food service industry (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
