Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1966 Old Hwy 94 location in St Charles, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store efficiency
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Strong people management and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and organization
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
