- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety standards
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Team player with a collaborative spirit
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
