Job Description

Calling all customer service superheroes! We're on a mission to assemble a dream team of dedicated Customer Service Reps. As the smiling face and cheerful voice of our company, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, ensuring customer happiness through your magical powers of exceptional service and problem-solving prowess!

Your thrilling adventure as our Customer Service Rep includes:

  • Becoming a master of multitasking by juggling customer interactions (phone and in-person) - it's like a fun game of customer service ping-pong!
  • Transforming into a human encyclopedia of our products, helping customers find their perfect match and processing orders with the precision of a Swiss watch
  • Joining forces with your fellow customer service avengers to conquer service goals and skyrocket customer satisfaction to new heights
  • Embarking on a never-ending quest for knowledge about company policies, products, and services - consider yourself a student in the University of Awesome Customer Service
  • Channeling your inner superhero to identify tricky issues and save the day by calling in backup from others when needed

 

Qualifications

 

  • A silver-tongued communicator who can charm the socks off anyone (in person or in writing)!
  • A customer service superhero with a friendly attitude that could melt the heart of Grumpy Cat
  • Ability to juggle tasks like a circus pro in our fast-paced customer service circus
  • Math skills sharp enough to calculate how many jelly beans are in that giant jar (and process transactions too)
  • A problem-solving wizard who can turn frowns upside down faster than you can say "abracadabra"
  • Attention to detail so keen you could spot Waldo in a sea of red and white stripes
  • A team player who believes there's no "I" in "awesome customer service"
  • Flexibility that would make a yoga instructor jealous (metaphorically speaking, of course)
  • Previous customer service experience is like extra sprinkles on our sundae – sweet, but not required!
