Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in St Peters, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
- Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts to drive sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer service experience, preferably in food service or retail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food service or retail management experience is a plus
