Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in Orange, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
