- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently via phone and in-person
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Keen attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
