Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Peoria, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our 10408 N. Centerway Drive, Suite H location.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and quality standards
- Assist with various in-store tasks as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food preparation
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
- Food handling experience or willingness to learn (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
