A CSR is responsible for friendly, courteous and professional interaction with customers. Must be able to answer telephones and input orders accurately into the computer system. Basic workplace cleanup is required. May be trained in pizza making skills in addition to customer service skills. Uniforms are required and personal appearance must be kept professional at all times.
