Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team at our 3951 Taylorsville location in Louisville, United States. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll combine efficiency with exceptional customer care, ensuring every delivery reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism. - Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers' homes and businesses throughout the Louisville area
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor in every interaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Navigate local roads and traffic patterns strategically to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and store operations during non-delivery periods
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations, especially during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and company standards consistently
- Represent our brand professionally and positively in all customer-facing situations
- Organize delivery routes efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle for delivery purposes
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Louisville roads and traffic patterns
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to assist in other store areas as needed
- Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Food handling certification is preferred but not required (training will be provided)
