Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Belleville location! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service at our 4000 West Main St store. As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Positive attitude and an easy smile, even in fast-paced situations
- Basic computer skills for operating order-taking and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Food handling experience is beneficial, but training will be provided
