Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Saint Louis as an Assistant Manager at our 1430 N 13TH STREET location. We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts
- Manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in food preparation and delivery processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic math and money management
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems and other store technology
- Friendly, diligent, and responsible attitude with a positive demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Food safety knowledge or willingness to learn
