We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dora, United States. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Answer and manage incoming customer phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in food preparation, including making pizzas, as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Adapt to changing customer needs and business demands with a positive attitude
- Document customer interactions and update relevant records in the company's system
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible schedule with availability to work on weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food handling experience or certification is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
