Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 3441 Pheasant Meadow Drive in Ofallon, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
- Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of product quality and service
- Manage shift schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food service or retail management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Food safety certification (preferred but not required; training will be provided)
