Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations.

You must set the example.

You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Primary Responsibilities: Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

Minimum Age

18+ years old

To be an Assistant Manager for Domino’s Pizza, you must:

Have a positive attitude

Have perfect attendance and punctuality

Be self-motivated

Be customer service oriented

Have your own transportation to and from work

Have food service management experience (a plus)

Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Be willing to learn and excel
