Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Louisville, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 3900 South 7th Street location.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Provide outstanding customer service, creating a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
