- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members during assigned shifts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, including cash handling, sales reports, and incident documentation
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment that meets all regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, challenges, and team feedback
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and supporting team members during peak periods
- Model company values and maintain transparent, open communication with all team members
Qualifications
**Required Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Cash handling experience and financial accountability
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and team motivation
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in operations management or team leadership roles
- Food safety certification or similar industry-specific training
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems or operational software
- Track record of successfully training and developing team members
- Experience in a customer-facing service environment
