Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Domino's Pizza location at 11240 Manchester Rd in St Louis, United States. As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success, overseeing all daily operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction.   • Direct and oversee all store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
  • Manage all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and financial performance to maximize profitability and minimize waste
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of crew members, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that motivates exceptional performance
  • Implement effective staffing strategies, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management to ensure adequate coverage and team readiness
  • Maintain rigorous food safety standards, quality control, and product preparation protocols to deliver consistent customer satisfaction
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery, addressing concerns with empathy and transparency
  • Analyze operational data, sales trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic decision-making
  • Execute marketing initiatives and promotional programs to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement within the local community
  • Ensure store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage paperwork, documentation, and reporting requirements with accuracy and attention to detail
