Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in O'Fallon, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes and territories
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
- Load, unload, and handle packages with care, maintaining product quality and integrity
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate addresses and meet delivery schedules
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and customer feedback
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
- Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's brand with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of documented driving history
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and background screening per company standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
