Job Description
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in Orange, As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their product on time and with a smile.
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport product to customers
- Load and unload delivery’s efficiently, ensuring proper handling of items
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
- Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
- Assist with additional tasks as needed during non-peak delivery hours
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record with no more than 2 tickets in the last 2 years
- Valid auto insurance and vehicle registration
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile devices
- Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods in Orange and surrounding areas
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
