Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Red Bud location (1506 S Main St). As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and team success in a fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside our management team to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high standards of quality and sanitation, and develop a strong, engaged team. - Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- Oversee daily operations including product quality, sanitation standards, cost control, and inventory management
- Handle customer relations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring exceptional service experiences
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Make sound, decisive judgments to resolve operational challenges and support team needs
- Conduct training sessions to equip team members with essential skills and knowledge
- Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain transparent communication with management and team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support scheduling and staffing needs with flexibility and organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year driving experience (if 19 years or older)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
- Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Solid understanding of operational management (product quality, sanitation, cost control, inventory)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and empathetic approach to team management
- Flexible availability to meet business needs
- High level of reliability, work ethic, and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
