Job Description
Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our Louisville location on Shelbyville Road! We're looking for reliable, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service with every order. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. - Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle cash or digital payments with integrity and attention to detail
- Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safe operations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, customer concerns, and route challenges
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills when navigating unexpected obstacles or traffic delays
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and ensure all delivery equipment is properly stored
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and delivery protocols
- Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to navigate using GPS technology and traditional route planning methods
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
- Physical ability to safely lift and carry delivery items
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
- A positive attitude, genuine smile, and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Preferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles
