AJD Pizza, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers! Whether you're an experienced Assistant Manager or a strong Shift Leader ready to advance, you'll help lead our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.
You'll be coached and developed, not just handed a key ring.
Pay & Schedule
- $15–$19 per hour, based on experience and certifications
- Full-time and part-time opportunities (minimum 20 hours per week availability)
- Evening and weekend availability required
What You'll Do
- Lead shifts, manage daily operations, and maintain service standards
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns
- Maintain food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Manage cash, deposits, inventory, and shift paperwork
- Work alongside your team preparing pizzas, serving customers, and assisting with deliveries when qualified and needed
What You Bring
- Leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a restaurant, fast food, QSR, retail, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be 18 or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle preferred, but not required
