Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and decisive General Manager to join our team in Roberts, WI. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of department managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of progressive experience in a management role
  • Proven track record of successful business leadership and achieving organizational goals
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using business management software and data analysis tools
  • Adaptability to changing business environments and ability to manage multiple priorities
