Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Ellisville, United States location! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to help lead our operations and drive success. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals
- Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving performance and productivity
- Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
- Basic math skills and ability to analyze sales data
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement
