Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Centralia location (320 South Elm Street). In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, decisive decision-making skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering professional development, accountability, and a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee budget planning, financial performance, and P&L management to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and maintain compliance
  • Drive business development initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and market expansion
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and community partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure quality assurance across all operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talented staff members, conducting performance reviews and addressing performance gaps
  • Represent the organization in professional and community settings, promoting brand reputation and values

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performance
  • Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budget management and P&L analysis
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decisive decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency with business management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Experience in business development and market analysis
  • Preferred: Relevant management certifications or professional development in organizational leadership
  • Preferred: Experience with process improvement and operational optimization methodologies
