Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Urbana location! We're looking for friendly and professional individuals to provide exceptional service to our customers at 407 E University Ave, Urbana, United States.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate handling of money
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as required
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Food preparation knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus
