Job Description

Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience

 

Domino's Pizza in St Michael, United States is seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of our restaurant.

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs
  • Schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal staffing levels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving overall performance
  • Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activities

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of Domino's Pizza operations and fast-food industry trends
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve restaurant performance
