Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in Minooka, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
  • Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
  • Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store
  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing initiatives
  • Participate in employee training and development programs
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior experience in pizza delivery or food service is a plus
