Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Chesterfield, United States location! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards
- Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and excellence
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic math and computer operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Basic understanding of financial reports and labor cost management
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
