As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. Your role is essential in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer phone calls promptly and professionally.
Assisting walk-in customers with orders and inquiries.
Accurately taking and processing orders using our computer system.
Preparing and assembling menu items as needed.
Supporting store operations with various tasks and duties as required.
