As a Key Turner, you are the face of our closing operations. You are responsible for ensuring the store is cleaned, organized, and fully prepped to set up the morning shift for success.
Job Description
Responsibilities
● Closing Operations: Lead and manage the store's end-of-night procedures.
● Inventory & Ordering: Perform nightly inventory counts and place food orders on designated order days.
● Food Preparation: Prepare all Domino’s products according to Domino’s standards.
● Quality & Safety: Ensure freshness by identifying and properly disposing of expired products at the end of the day.
● Store Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the store to maintain high standards and ensure a smooth transition for the morning
Qualifications
Successful applicants must possess the following:
● Must be at least 18 years of age.
● Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
● Friendly demeanor.
● Works well with others.
● Works well under the stress of a high-paced environment.
● Organized and efficient in time management.
● Ability to multitask.
● Able to respond to customer concerns.
● Must be able to follow all Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza Policies.
● Must be able to work together as a team.
● Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
● During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.
This role requires physical activity, including but not limited to the following:
● Standing and Walking: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
● Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
● Bending and Reaching: Forward bending is necessary for station setup; reaching is performed continuously (up, down, and forward) to prepare the store.
● Other Activities: Crouching or squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
● Equipment Used: Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, pizza cutter, and pizza peel
