- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and maintaining a positive shopping environment
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Participate in creating and implementing strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance

**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to guide and motivate teams
- Strong customer service background with commitment to superior service delivery

- Effective time management and task prioritization skills
