Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at our location on 3900 South 7th Street in Louisville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving business growth, and leading a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
  • Manage overall financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements as needed

  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in performance management and team development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Several years of progressive management experience in a similar industry
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in using business management software and data analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
