Job Description

The main requirement for a Domino's Customer Service Representative (CRS) is to have a positive outgoing personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and he or she must also be customer service oriented.



CRSs need to speak with customers on the phone and in person throughout the shift so they must know how to deal with various customer related issues. They must also be well versed when it comes to product knowledge, service, charges, pricing, and other related important information which will be related to customers whenever it is needed.



CRSs will assist in making product according to company standards, prep product, and clean when not dealing with customers. Ongoing training through the company is available and you will be expected to participate as new training/classes become available.

Qualifications

Must be at least 17 years old
