Responsibilities:**
As a Shift Runner, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our Corry location. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Customer Communication** – Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring orders are processed correctly.
- **Order Management** – Assist customers with menu selection and order placement, maintaining clear communication throughout the transaction process.
- **Food Preparation** – Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to established quality and safety standards.
- **Team Leadership** – Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and maintaining productivity standards.
- **Operational Management** – Monitor shift performance, manage inventory, handle cash operations, and address operational issues as they arise.
- **Professional Development** – Demonstrate leadership capabilities and commitment to excellence, with opportunities to advance into management positions.
This position offers the opportunity to develop management-level skills while contributing to consistent operational performance across varying shift schedules.
