We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Mascoutah, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
  • Interact professionally with employees and customers
  • Handle cash management and financial responsibilities
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Answer phones and process customer orders efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Assist in training and managing employees

Qualifications

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
