Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Join the Rainbow Pizza Team!
Duties inlcude, but are not limited to:
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Operate the Domino's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Prepare pizzas, sides, and other menu items according to Domino's standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with stocking inventory and completing daily cleaning tasks.
Work as part of a team to provide fast, accurate service.
Follow all company food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
