Domino's in Caseyville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Demonstrated proficiency in employee management and team leadership
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in money management and basic financial operations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Food safety certification (preferred)
