- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed
- Multitask effectively to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Multitasking capabilities to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues during peak hours
- Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy
- Quick learner with the ability to master pizza-making techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
- Previous food service experience is beneficial but not necessary – we provide training!
