Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5201 Grand Blvd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
- Run shifts efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer phones and process customer orders accurately
- Perform various tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Food handler's certification (preferred)
