Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Experts to join our team at our Louisville, United States location (125 S English Station Rd). As a Delivery Expert, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service with a smile. This role offers the perfect opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in our operations by delivering products on time and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Execute timely and accurate deliveries to customers throughout the Louisville area, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time while meeting daily delivery targets
- Safely load, transport, and unload packages, ensuring all items arrive in excellent condition
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and clarity
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
- Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure safe operations
- Navigate using GPS and mapping systems effectively to reach destinations accurately
- Handle cash and payment transactions securely when required
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills when facing unexpected challenges or route changes
- Uphold company standards and represent our brand positively in every customer interaction
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
- Must have access to an insured vehicle that meets company specifications for delivery purposes
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety and driving standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
- Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and route modifications
- Valid proof of vehicle insurance coverage
- Clean driving record and willingness to maintain safe driving practices
