In addition to management responsibilities, our Assistant Managers handle crew duties of both Customer Service Reps and Delivery Experts including preparation and delivery of our products and cleaning and maintaining the store. Advancement opportunities are available to General Manager. In almost all cases our store managers are promoted from within.
Management Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage food and labor costs
- Manage cash and daily receipts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Train and motivate team members
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Operate the store to Domino's Pizza and local franchise standards
