- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries and orders
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Prepare and package products according to company standards
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training
