Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our 4000 West Main St location in Belleville, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to all team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory control, and cash management
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by setting high standards and leading by example
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce
  • Collaborate with upper management to achieve company goals and implement new initiatives
  • Resolve customer complaints and address employee concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the food service or retail industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in financial management and cost control
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
  • Solid understanding of food service operations and relevant regulations
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software for business management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
