Job Description

We are looking for qualified customer service representatives with people skills and great personality who have the ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-team members to process orders both over the phone and in person, build relationship with customers, up sell, handle cash properly, keep customer area clean and have the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions and of course who have an EXCEPTIONAL and POSITIVE attitude.
