Job Description

We're excited to welcome a Customer Service Rep to join our dynamic team in Canton, United States! As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly, efficient, and professional service.

  • Greet customers warmly and address their needs with enthusiasm and empathy
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system
  • Handle monetary transactions and make correct change when necessary
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and suggestions for improvement

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Proficiency in data entry and order processing using computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • Patience and ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training!
