Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Manager to join our team at 3200 Kristin Way in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policies
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage employee schedules and resolve conflicts or issues that arise
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary
- Prepare and analyze reports on sales, productivity, and other key performance indicators
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Participate in budget planning and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
