  1. Introduction. 

This Job Applicant Privacy Policy describes the data practices of Domino’s Pizza LLC (“Domino’s,” “we,” “us,” “our”) with respect to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with an identified or identifiable individual (“personal information” or “information”). 

This Job Applicant Privacy Policy applies only to information collected in connection with the recruitment and hiring process. We collect the following categories of information from or about job applicants: 

  • Contact identifiers, including your name, email address, postal address, and phone number. 

  • Professional and employment-related information, including resumes or CVs, cover letters, qualifications, writing samples, work history, areas of expertise, language abilities, professional memberships, awards, references, and information provided during interviews.   • Education information , including educational background, transcripts, technical skills, and professional registrations or certifications.

  • Device identifiers, including device IP address.  

  • Device information, including device operating system and browser (e.g., type, version, and configuration), internet service provider, and regional and language settings. 

  • Internet or other network activity, including browsing history and interactions with our websites, blogs, and other content, such as pages you visit, content you view, time of day you browse, and referring and exiting pages. 

  • Non-precise location data, such as city, state, or postal code derived from an IP address. 

  • Inferences, such as assessments regarding qualifications, experience, or suitability for a role that we derive from the information described above. 

In limited circumstances and where permitted or required by law, we collect the following categories of sensitive personal information from or about job applicants: 

  • Sensitive Identifiers, including Social Security number, driver’s license number, or passport number. 

  • Protected class and related information, including race, age, gender, sex, nationality, citizenship or work authorization status, veteran status, marital status, and medical conditions or disabilities, where such information is provided voluntarily or collected to comply with legal obligations or to provide reasonable accommodations.

We collect information directly from applicants, from recruiting agencies, professional references, background check providers where applicable, and from social media, job boards, and publicly available sources such as professional networking platforms.

When you provide us with your cellular phone number as part of your job application, you agree to receive job application related text message updates and additional job notices via SMS service. If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages, just text “STOP” to the short code and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages we send to you or you send to us. Message frequency varies. 

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information that you may provide. We will only use this information in relation to your job application, but we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

  1. AI Tools. 

We do not use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that replace or substantially replace human decision-making in connection with the recruitment and hiring process. While we may use AI tools that process information to support recruiting activities, such as assisting with candidate matching, scheduling, or summarizing application materials, these tools are used solely to provide non-binding information to human reviewers. All decisions regarding employment opportunities involve meaningful human review and discretion and are not made solely or primarily through automated processing.
