Domino’s Job Applicant Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Domino’s Pizza LLC, and its affiliates, collect, use, process, and disclose your personal information when you submit a job application and how you can exercise your rights to this personal information. This notice applies solely to Domino’s job applicants. Please review it carefully.

SMS Notice

When you provide us with your cellular phone number as part of your job application, you agree to receive job application related text message updates and additional job notices via SMS service. If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages, just text “STOP” to the short code and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages we send to you or you send to us. Message frequency varies.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier's name, the date, time, and content of your messages, and other information that you may provide. We will only use this information in relation to your job application, but we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

Types of Personal Information we Collect

We collect the following professional or employment-related personal information that we use in connection with your job application: 

  • Identifiers such as full name, preferred name, email address, home address, mailing address, telephone number, and social security number. 
  • Professional History & Qualifications such as previous employers, positions and work experience, professional licenses, certificates or other qualifications, and employment references or referrals.
  • Educational History & Qualifications such as highest level of education, schools attended and dates of attendance, degrees, certificates, or other educational qualifications earned, and transcripts or educational references. 
  • Compensation Information such as previous or desired salary, bonus, benefits, expenses, and stock or equity grants, as permitted by law.
  • Equal Opportunity Information such as age, race, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, sex, gender identity or transgender status, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or accommodation request, or marital or veteran status. Providing this information is voluntary and will not be used in hiring decisions unless specifically permitted by law.
  • Web-Related Information such as your browser settings and operating systems when you access Domino’s website from your personal devices.
  • Other Application and Interview Information such as any personal data the individual chooses to share with us in their interview or application, CV, resume, transcripts, or other supporting documentation. 
  • Inferences may be generated about recruits and job applicants, and their abilities, interests, or preferences based on the other personal data we collect and the interactions we have with them.

Where we Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information from the following sources: 

  • Directly from You.
  • Other Individuals such as your professional references and recruiters.
  • Publicly/Commercially Available Information such as social media sites like LinkedIn and publicly available sources, including government records and credit reporting agencies.
  • Our Service Providers such as scheduling services and application providers. 

How we Use Personal Information

We use the personal information that we collect during the recruitment process to:

  • Manage our relationship with you such as facilitating the recruitment and interview process and making hiring decisions.
  • Verify information provided to us from an application or from other sources.
  • Conduct compliance, security, or safety operations such as internal investigations, audits, compliance assessments, and security operations.
  • Meet legal requirements such as responding to subpoenas or submitting mandatory reports to regulatory agencies.

In addition to these purposes, we may also use de-identified or aggregate data that is not capable of being linked to you for additional purposes not listed above.

How we Disclosure Personal Information

We may share your personal information with the following third parties:

  • Service Providers who assist us in the recruitment process or running our business. Our service providers are not authorized to use your information for any purpose other than providing services to you or Domino’s.
  • Domino’s Franchisees utilizing our job recruitment platform.
  • Other Individuals such as your professional references and recruiters.
  • Parties Authorized by Law to Receive your Information such as a public agency via a lawful request, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data for only as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with our data retention obligations.

Notice to California Residents

The following disclosures only apply to residents of the State of California. 

California residents have certain rights regarding their personal information. This includes the right to request:

  • Categories of personal information and sources of that information that Domino’s has collected about you.
  • A copy of your personal information.
  • Corrections to inaccuracies in the personal information Domino’s maintains about you.
  • The deletion of your personal information.

Exercising your privacy rights will not affect your job application with Domino’s. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our online form available in the link below or call our toll-free number at 877-883-9641. We may require specific information from you to help us verify your identity and process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity, we may deny your requests.

Make a CPRA Request

Please note that Domino's Pizza franchisees are independent entities and their processing of information is subject to their own privacy policies. If you wish to exercise any of these rights with respect to the processing of information by Domino's franchisees, please visit your local franchise-owned and operated store location to effectuate your requests, and we will work with the franchisee to address your request to the extent required by applicable law.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Domino's Pizza reserves the right to modify or supplement this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Websites and Application indicates your consent to the Privacy Policy then posted. If a material change to the terms of this policy is made, Domino's Pizza will post a notice prior to the change becoming effective and a link to the new policy.
