- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service
- Manage and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment
- Run shifts efficiently, making real-time decisions to optimize performance
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Interact with customers, addressing concerns and enhancing their experience
- Assist in training and developing team members
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for improving store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Contribute to creating a safe work environment for all team members
Calificaciones
- Proven experience in retail or food service management, including running shifts and store operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work setting
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems and point-of-sale software (preferred)
